WATCH BATTERIES BAND ADJUSTMENTS
We are happy to change your watch battery or adjust your band for $10, with an additional fee of $5 if the back of the watch has screws.
APPRAISALS
Insurance-grade appraisals at $100 for the first PREVIOUSLY UN-APPRAISED piece, $75 each additional. For an updated appraisal the cost is only $45. We do not appraise pearls.
JEWELRY REPAIR
We are pleased to offer jewelry repair for gold and silver. This includes soldering chains back together, replacing missing stones, half-shanks, rhodium dipping white gold, ring sizing, and more. We do not work on platinum or gold-plated jewelry. Come in for a free estimate!
CUSTOM DESIGN
Have a loose stone you need set? Inherited some jewelry and don’t know what to do with it? Why not a custom? We have extensive catalogs if you would like to pick out a pre-existing piece for us to set stones into, or we can melt down your gold (or supply our own) for a truly custom piece. Imagination is the only limit!

Fields Jewelry is not responsible for items left over 90 days.
Any concerns with work done by Fields Jewelry must be brought to our attention within 7 days after being picked up from Fields Jewelry.
We are NOT responsible for any damage to stones that have been color treated or clarity enhanced.
ALL returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
Returned checks will be charged a $30 fee and ALL checks over $200 will need to be verified before merchandise is released.
We do not work on platinum, gold-plated, or invisible-set jewelry.
